Welcome to the official bog on 2nd International Conference on Food Resources and Security 2016. Department of Food Science and Technology of University of Sri Jayewardenepura Sri Lanka is proudly organizing 2nd International Conference on Food Resources & Security 2016 with the collaboration of Global Academic Research Institute. This aims at bringing together leading academics, scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Food Sciences, Food Technologies, Human Nutrition and related fields. On behalf of the organizing committee we would like to invite you to participate in the 2nd ICFRS 2016 which will bring together many distinguish researchers from all over the world. Participants will find opportunities for presenting new researches, exchanging information and current issues. Research papers related to all areas of Food Resources & Security are invited for the above conference.
